AWAY FROM HOME | The poor girl who didn't let her background bring her down | Nigerian movie

What happens when a young girl leaves everything she has ever known to chase a future she can only see through faith? Rachel grew up in a struggling village with very little, but she carried something poverty could never take away — a dream and an unwavering faith in God. When an unexpected opportunity takes her away from home to Lagos, Rachel enters a completely different world. Wealth, university, new friendships, rejection, heartbreak, and challenges test everything she believes in. Along the way, she discovers a hidden talent, meets someone who believes in her, and learns one of life's greatest lessons: Your background may explain where you started, but it does not have the authority to decide where you will finish. Sometimes God takes you away from what is familiar, not to make you forget where you came from, but to prepare you for who you are meant to become. AWAY FROM HOME is an emotional Nigerian Christian drama about faith, purpose, resilience, family, forgiveness, friendship, dreams, and discovering your God-given potential. Watch until the end — Rachel's journey will remind you that starting small does not mean finishing small.
