Description

There are thirteen things in your kitchen that a Japanese household replaced generations ago, and most of them share one feature. They were designed to be thrown away and bought again. I want to be honest about something before we start, because it makes this more useful than most videos on this subject. Some of these items have genuine, well-documented problems and I will tell you what the evidence is. Others get discussed online in language far stronger than the evidence supports, and when I reach those I will say so plainly. I would rather you replaced three things for good reasons than thirteen because somebody frightened you. In this video: which four have the strongest case, which five are worth changing for practical reasons rather than health ones, and the two where the online alarm runs well ahead of the research. Including the study that got corrected after publication. And number one is not an object at all. It is the reason everything else ended up in your kitchen. 📘 The Japanese Home Method — link on the channel description 💬 Which have you already changed, and which do you think I was too soft on? I know the foil section will get arguments. #japanesehome #kitchentips #declutter #healthykitchen #castiron #plasticfree #homehacks #kitchenware #minimalism #japaneselifestyle
