What God Does When You Think You Ruined Your Breakthrough

You made the mistake. You walked away. You failed. You may even believe you ruined the very thing God was preparing for you. But Scripture gives us a different picture of failure. Jonah ran from his assignment, yet the word of the Lord came to him “the second time.” Peter denied Jesus three times, yet Jesus later restored him and gave him responsibility again. Moses shattered the tablets of the covenant, yet God told him to bring up a second set — and wrote the same words again. This does not mean every lost opportunity automatically returns in the same form. God's restoration is not always a rewind. Sometimes the door changes, the consequences remain, and repair is required. But your failure does not automatically mean your calling is finished. In this teaching, you'll discover what God does when you feel you ruined your own breakthrough, why God can re-send the word, re-write what was broken, and re-commission someone after failure. Comment declaration: “Write it again, Lord.” If this message speaks to where you are, subscribe to Bible Purpose for biblical teaching on God's purpose, restoration, faith, failure, spiritual growth, and discovering your purpose through God's Word.
