Why Clone Wars Naval Officers HATED Having Jedi Onboard

Republic naval officers spent the entire Clone Wars serving under commanders who had never run a fleet, never trained at a military academy, and never answered to the professionals whose ships they were now commanding. The Jedi outranked every officer aboard on the basis of their connection to the Force alone, and no process existed to challenge a single decision they made. Career officers managed logistics, coordinated task forces, and kept warships running under fire while the generals above them left the bridge to fly starfighters into combat personally. The usual explanation is that the Republic had no choice but to use the Jedi as commanders. But the real answer is worse. The command structure wasn't broken by accident. It was designed to fail by the one person who had every reason to let the friction between Jedi and officers grow until it could be turned into something far more dangerous.
