3 My 600-lb Life Transformations That Went Beyond Weight Loss

Joe Wexler’s first weigh-in was 777 pounds. Years later, he looked almost unrecognizable—but one before-and-after photo can’t tell you what happened next. This documentary follows three My 600-lb Life transformations: Joe Wexler, Marla McCants, and Milla Clark. From their first episodes through the follow-ups and life afterward, each story goes beyond the number on the scale. We look at how their mobility, families, and futures changed—and where the cameras left them. #My600lbLife #WeightLossTransformation #WhereAreTheyNow Music Provided by Epidemic Sound https://share.epidemicsound.com/zk0wpy Chapters: 0:00 My 600-lb Life: Incredible Transformations and Setbacks 0:30 Joe Wexler's Journey Begins on My 600-lb Life 4:28 Joe Wexler Undergoes Weight Loss Surgery and Finds Love 7:58 Joe Wexler's Engagement, Wedding, and Continued Recovery 12:29 Joe Wexler's Life After My 600-lb Life: Divorce and New Beginnings 16:30 Marla McCants' Battle with Weight and Childhood Trauma 18:58 Marla McCants' Refusal to Walk and Dismissal by Dr. Now 22:59 Marla McCants' Path to Recovery After Dr. Now Dismissal 27:30 Milla Clark's Weight Struggles and Family's Sacrifice 31:59 Milla Clark Faces Tragedy: Husband Elroy's Passing 35:28 Milla Clark's Remarkable Weight Loss and Knee Surgery 36:58 Milla Clark's Post-Show Life and Ongoing Health Journey
