Maya Spent a Rainy Autumn Day Sewing, Decorating & Baking 🍂 | Slow Living Ghibli ASMR

#SlowLiving #CottageCore #Countryside #GhibliStyle For lovers of slow living and cottagecore — spend a peaceful autumn day with me in the countryside, filled with cozy homemaking, seasonal decorating, cottage garden flowers, homemade food, sewing, and baking. Welcome to a beautiful autumn day in the countryside, where I prepare our home for the season through simple homemaking, cozy cooking, handmade projects, and everyday country life. In this video, I decorate our country kitchen for autumn, gather asters, zinnias and marigolds from the garden, prepare a comforting homemade dinner, sew an autumn tablecloth and table runner, and bake homemade cookies on a rainy evening. 🍂 I begin the day with cozy autumn homemaking — cleaning our country kitchen, bringing out pumpkin and acorn garlands, seasonal mugs and warm autumn decorations, and hanging a thrifted curtain that I altered with ruffles. 🌼 I return to the cottage garden to gather asters, zinnias and marigolds, finishing my kitchen just as the rain begins to arrive. 🍽️ For dinner, I prepare simple homemade comfort food with roasted peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, potatoes and meatballs — a warm, seasonal meal for the cooler autumn evening. 🪡 Earlier in the day, inspired by a beautiful book about countryside life and nature, I sew a cream pumpkin-and-leaf print tablecloth and a lace-trimmed table runner for our country kitchen. 🍪 As the rain continues outside, I light the first candle of the season and bake mini chocolate chip cookies from scratch, ending the evening with tea and a cookie out on the porch swing, listening to the rain.
