"The Three Snake-Leaves" - Bedtime Story for Adults by Grandma Tosya

Grandma Tosya tells the old German fairy tale of The Three Snake-Leaves in cozy 4K — a relaxing bedtime story to fall asleep to. Settle in by the warm fireplace as Grandma Tosya shares this tale of a poor soldier who accepts a hard bargain: if the princess goes still, he will sit with her under the stone three days. A fever takes her. He keeps the lamp trimmed in the vault. A snake comes along the mortar. He sets a boot, not a mess. A second snake brings three green leaves. Breath returns. They are put on a southern ship. The captain smiles with too many teeth. On the fourth day the soldier goes below for bread and the deck decides without him. He keeps the coat and the cloth. A fishing boat smells of nets. He sends a cracked leaf in with the bread. What she says at the well, and what he hangs empty on a peg… that part you will hear by the fire. 🍃 A watch is not a watch if you sell it at the rail. ✨ All stories in 4K Ultra HD quality! © 2026 Grandma Tosya's Fairy Tales.
