Towles explained that Horner appeared to be confusing him with another boater, but the disagreement escalated as Horner continued arguing and moved his boat alongside Towles. Horner then boarded Towles' boat without permission, continuing the confrontation while Towles tried to calm the situation. The encounter was captured on Towles' GoPro and quickly went viral.
