Twilight Built a 60-Pound Baby Puppet That Terrified Everyone 💀

The crew behind The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 once created an animatronic baby to portray Renesmee, Bella and Edward’s daughter. But instead of looking like a newborn, the puppet looked so unsettling that the crew nicknamed it “Chuckesmee,” comparing it to Chucky from Child’s Play. The elaborate prop reportedly weighed around 60 pounds and required crew members to control its movements. However, the result didn’t work on screen, so the filmmakers abandoned the puppet and used real babies alongside digital effects to portray Renesmee instead. It became one of the most infamous behind-the-scenes stories from the Twilight movies—and one of the strangest movie props ever created! #Twilight #Chuckesmee #Renesmee #TwilightSaga #BehindTheScenes #Shorts
