Restoring a Lexus LS600hL from the Ground Up | Full Restoration

This Lexus LS600hL was once one of Japan's most advanced luxury sedans. For this restoration, we completely tore the car down and rebuilt it from the ground up. The engine was fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, precision machined, rebuilt with genuine OEM parts, and reinstalled. We also restored the chassis and suspension components, sandblasted and refinished the chassis parts, and fitted new wheels. The exterior received a complete transformation, including paint stripping, bodywork, sanding, primer, basecoat, clear coat, and new genuine OEM doors and exterior parts. Inside, we restored the interior, cleaned the A/C evaporator, removed rust from the dashboard frame, installed sound deadening and insulation, and carefully reassembled everything. Finally, the entire car was put back together, water-tested, and polished to reveal the finished LS600hL. This was more than just a restoration.
