Woman Sues Realtor After Home Disaster

Shortly after buying what she thought was her dream home, Janessa Davenport started to notice some major red flags on her new property. As she began to explore more she began to realize her dream home is turning into a money pit. The realtor who sold her the home, also represented the buyer, which leads Janessa to believe she didn't disclose the major flaws of the home so she could make her sale and get a large commission.
