The New Prospecting Gear That Actually Changed Things — And What's Just Hype

The Gold Claim Book: https://thegoldclaimbook.com Every year new prospecting gear arrives with big promises, and it’s hard to tell which pieces actually put more gold in your vial and which ones only put more money in the seller’s pocket. In this video I go through the newer tools that have genuinely changed how people prospect: what each one does better than the older way, what it costs, and what kind of ground and conditions it really suits. Then I go through the gear that is mostly hype, the products with flashy claims and little to show for them, and the warning signs that tell you a tool is more marketing than performance. I also explain how to decide what is worth buying for the way you prospect, whether you’re a weekend panner or someone who spends whole weeks in the field, and what to keep using from your old setup because it still works. I’m honest about what I’ve tested and what I haven’t, because a good result for one person in one creek doesn’t promise the same for you. Buy for the ground you actually work, not for the ad you just watched.
