Description

🌾 They tell you that you can't feed your family from your own land anymore — that it costs too much. But our grandparents did it, year-round, from a few acres, on almost nothing bought from a store. Here's the whole system, piece by piece: 🔹 Grass is the foundation — the one crop that plants itself, waters itself from the sky, and comes back thicker every year. Not a lawn — a living pasture. 🔹 A ruminant is the engine — a cow, or two goats, or a few sheep turn grass you can't eat into milk and meat you can. (And the honest truth about which one fits your land.) 🔹 Hens are the clean-up crew — following the herd, they break the parasite cycle and feed themselves on bugs, so your animals stay healthy on grass alone. 🔹 The pig is the recycler — surplus milk, whey, windfalls and garden waste go in; pork and rich compost come out. Waste stops existing. 🔹 Rotational grazing is the secret — move the animals daily, rest the ground, and the land gets richer every single year instead of poorer. Put the five together and the system feeds your family while it heals your soil — no bought feed, no fertilizer, no sprays. It was never a lost art. It was only a forgotten one.
