"Perfect" Fairytale Couple Ends in Turkey Knife Murder

When yellow-clad bride Diane Cam married Kevin Myrtle in a Kentucky stone church, everyone believed two broken souls had finally found their safe harbor. Both raised as adopted children who suffered through their parents' divorces, their whirlwind romance seemed like a storybook match built on mutual healing. But only eight months after saying their vows, the honeymoon ended in total horror when a local hunter stumbled across a woman's frozen, dismembered torso dumped in a snowy Campbell County field. When investigators began knocking on doors, Kevin claimed his free-spirited wife had simply taken off to Florida to clear her head after a minor argument. Behind closed doors, however, a dark pattern of jealousy, isolation, and domestic control had taken root. Guided by a tip from the groom's own best man and chilling physical evidence, police unraveled a nightmare scenario of betrayal and rage. The truth behind what happened inside the couple's apartment reveals how far an unstable spouse went to ensure his bride could never walk away from him.
