10 Cheap Dinners Every Senior Living Alone Should Know (Each One Under $3) There are weeks when the refrigerator has more empty space than food in it and dinner still has to happen. I know that feeling. I have lived it more times than I care to count. That is why In this video I'm sharing 10 cheap dinners every senior living alone should know, real food, real portions, sized for one person, built from the cheapest things in the store. From a baked potato supper that turns one can of chili into two dinners, to beans and cornbread for under two dollars, to the one chicken that becomes three complete suppers by the end of the week. Every single dinner on this list has been on my table on the weeks when the money was thin and the pantry was nearly empty. Nothing fancy. Nothing that needs a special pan or an ingredient you have to hunt for. Just real food that fills you up and costs almost nothing.
