The Internet's Obsession With Bigfoot Is NOT What We Were Told | Joe Rogan

Biologists now debate whether the giant ape Gigantopithecus ever walked upright, and the evidence is just a few jawbones. In this clip, Joe Rogan talks with wildlife expert Forrest Galante about Gigantopithecus, the real-life giant ape often linked to Bigfoot legends, and the growing dispute over whether it moved like an enormous orangutan rather than on two legs. Galante also describes watching a rescued elephant with an injured leg use its trunk as an extra limb to shift weight off the damaged leg. If the biggest ape that ever lived is known from only a few jawbones, what else don’t we know about it? 💬 What do you think Gigantopithecus really looked like?
