Small Biz Owner Sued By Woman Who Stole From Her.

Victoria Madison is suing a local small business woman after allegedly being mistreated, assaulted, and thrown out of the store. Miss Madison claims she has suffered irreparable reputational damage in addition to physical pain and suffering. The Defendant, Simone Ellis argues that she was merely protecting her store and her property and the Plaintiff is nothing more than a common thief.
