Under its sculpted fairing sits the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, now producing 218 hp—2 hp more than before—thanks to revised intake, exhaust and lubrication systems. A 15,000 rpm rev limit in second through fifth gears and longer final gearing help riders tap into that top-end performance with fewer gear changes. The V4 S weighs 187 kg without fuel and gets electronic Ohlins suspension, while the standard Panigale V4 weighs 191 kg without fuel. Ducati says the 2027 Panigale V4 was an average of 0.4 seconds per lap faster than its predecessor at Vallelunga, highlighting the benefit of the integrated engine, chassis and electronics package. For buyers seeking a personalised Italian superbike, the Panigale V4 S joins Ducati Factory Made, with 11 colour options, including five Lamborghini Ad Personam shades, two special liveries and factory-fitted performance components.
