12,000 Years In 25 Minutes: The Complete Story Of Prehistoric Britain

For nearly a million years, ancient people roamed the lands connecting Britain to mainland Europe until rising sea levels created the English Channel. Taking to the skies, archaeologist Dr. Miles Russell investigates how prehistoric communities sculpted the countryside. From the 5,000-year-old stone village of Skara Brae and the iconic circles of Stonehenge to the bloody Roman siege at Maiden Castle, discover how ancient tribes and foreign invaders forged the early history of the British Isles before Rome’s sudden collapse plunged the island into the Dark Ages.
