They/Them (2022) Movie Explanation | A Killer Hunts a Conversion Camp

They/Them (2022) Movie Explanation | Full Story & Ending Explained They/Them (2022) is a psychological slasher horror film written and directed by John Logan. The story follows a group of LGBTQ+ teenagers who arrive at Whistler Camp, a remote conversion camp run by Owen Whistler. Owen presents the camp as a safe and accepting place, but the campers soon discover that its staff uses disturbing psychological manipulation and abusive methods to control them. Among the campers is Jordan, a non-binary teenager who is attending the camp as part of an agreement with their family. Jordan quickly notices that the camp's rules and staff are not as accepting as they initially appear. As the week continues, the campers are subjected to increasingly disturbing activities. Jordan eventually discovers evidence showing that previous campers were abused at Whistler Camp. The situation becomes even more dangerous when a masked killer begins murdering members of the camp staff. The campers realize that someone is hunting the people responsible for running the camp. Meanwhile, the staff becomes increasingly brutal. One camper, Stu, is subjected to aversion therapy after the camp discovers that he is attracted to men. As more staff members are killed, the campers try to escape while also figuring out who the masked murderer is. The final twist reveals that the killer is Molly, the camp's nurse, whose real name is Angie Phelps. Angie was previously a camper at Whistler Camp and was traumatized by the camp's methods when she was younger. She infiltrated the camp under a false identity and began killing the people responsible for the abuse. Angie eventually confronts Owen and tries to convince Jordan to join her mission to destroy conversion camps. Jordan refuses, choosing not to continue the cycle of violence. Owen is killed, Angie is arrested, and the surviving campers leave Whistler Camp. Jordan and the others are finally able to move forward with their lives. 🎬 Movie: They/Them 📅 Year: 2022 🎭 Genre: Horror, Slasher, Mystery, Thriller 🎬 Director: John Logan ⭐ Stars: Kevin Bacon, Theo Germaine, Anna Chlumsky, Carrie Preston, Austin Crute Keywords: They Them 2022, They/Them movie explanation, They Them explained, They Them ending explained, They Them full story, They Them horror movie, They Them slasher, Kevin Bacon They Them, Jordan They Them, Angie Phelps, Whistler Camp, conversion camp horror, masked killer movie, psychological horror, movie explained, ending explained
