What Did Early Indians Actually Worship BEFORE THE GODS ? EP-1 Live

What Did Early Indians Actually Worship BEFORE THE GODS ? EP-1 What did early ancient Indians actually worship before Shiva, Vishnu, Krishna and Ram existed as we know them? Most of us answer instantly: Shiva, Vishnu, Devi. But a historian asks a harder question — where is the evidence? In this first episode of Before The Gods, we go back before the Puranas, before the Epics, before the classical temples, and ask what the earliest Indians genuinely worshipped. We examine the fire altar and Agni as the messenger of the Rigveda, the Harappan and Indus Valley civilisation's mysterious symbolic world, the famous Pashupati seal and why historians refuse to call it Shiva outright, the female figurines once labelled "mother goddesses", and why a figurine is not automatically a god. We look at animal symbolism, ritual water, burial practices, and the honest limits of an undeciphered script. The conclusion is uncomfortable and fascinating: there may not have been a single starting point. There were layers — thousands of layers — of ritual, symbol, nature, ancestry and cosmic order. And every layer left something behind. This is a researched, honest look at the earliest religious history of Bharat — separating intriguing theory from established evidence.
