First, we will examine the fundamentals that explain how primordial chaos transforms into order, following the fundamental laws of nature. Then we will see how this principle works in reality by observing Saturn's amazing rings—the remains of an ancient satellite destroyed by the gravity of its parent planet. Then we will travel thousands of light years in the blink of an eye to visit a unique double pulsar—a system of neutron stars bound together by gravity that distort the very space and time around them.
Next, we will travel through the Orion Nebula, which was formed millions of years ago as a result of a massive supernova explosion. Finally, we will make our way through interstellar space to reach the Andromeda Galaxy. Over billions of years of its existence, it has survived countless catastrophes, including collisions with other galaxies, and its appearance still bears marks of these events.
Let’s get ready – and we begin!
