Description

Have you ever wondered what that metal clip/pin on the inner brake pad is? It's a safety feature called a squealer or wear indicator. When your brake pads wear down, it starts rubbing against the brake rotor and creates that squealing sound. If you ignore this noise, the clip will eventually wear out completely, and the metal backing plate of the brake pad will start grinding directly against the rotor which is not only dangerous but will also cause your rotors to wear out much faster. #brakepads #brakepadreplacement #brakerotors #brakerepair
