Your air fryer cooks about 4 things. Fries, wings, nuggets, and whatever frozen bag was on sale. Then it sits there taking up counter space until you want one of those 4 things again.
I'm Tony Ricci, and I'm a 5-Star Chef. That machine does a lot more than that, and some of it comes out better than what your oven does. In this video I'm showing you 15 of them.
Here's why it wins:
it's small, so it's hot in 2 minutes and it holds that heat in a box the size of a shoebox. You're not heating a whole oven to roast 1 head of garlic.
You'll learn:
• Hard cooked eggs with no water at all, and why they peel easier than boiled
• A whole head of roasted garlic in 20 minutes, and what to do with it all week
• Toasted nuts and whole spices without standing over a pan
• Roasted peppers you can actually peel, for a fraction of what the jar costs
• Stale bread turned into 2 completely different things depending on the temperature
• Dried herbs from the bunch going limp in your refrigerator right now
• Bacon that comes out flat instead of curled
• Chicken skin into cracklings, plus the cooking fat you get for free
• Roasted bones for real stock in 20 minutes instead of 45
• A baked potato with skin that's actually crisp, and the 1 potato that works
• Corn on the cob with no pot of water
• Roasted chickpeas for about $1, and why yours came out soft in the middle
• Frozen dumplings with a crisp bottom and no pan, no lid, no splatter
• Tortilla chips out of the tortillas nobody wanted
• A small cake or a pan of brownies, and the 2 changes that make it work
15 things, and not 1 of them is a frozen bag.
Which one of these did you not know about? Tell me in the comments. And if you make something in yours that isn't on this list, put it down there too.
