I rank contenders from all 67 counties using one rule: they had to be raised in Pennsylvania, not merely born there, with their school years deciding the result. I compare five regional champions, from Milton Hershey and Andy Warhol to Sharon Stone and Lee Iacocca. Along the way, I explore the people, places, achievements, and surprising county stories behind the rankings. The final choice comes down to five major names, and I explain why Taylor Swift takes the title. I also return to the Wyomissing house where she spent part of her childhood—and the family that rented it rather than owning it.
