Have you ever seen a movie end so perfectly that you can’t help but clap in the theaters like an idiot? That was me after watching the final sequence in the smash hit horror movie Obsession, so naturally I wanted to get to the bottom of exactly what made it feel so perfect. After reading an earlier version of the script I noticed that the ending was good, but the final film made one key change that created the perfect ending. But to understand what I mean by a perfect ending, I think it would help if we look at an ending that is just really good, coming from my favorite movie from last summer, Weapons.
