3 Weeks Old Ibex Outsmart Golden Eagle On The Steepest Cliffs

Two golden eagles. One three-week-old ibex. And a cliff with nowhere to hide. High in the desert mountains, a newborn Nubian ibex is caught alone on a vertical wall — and the hunters above him rarely miss. What follows is one of the most desperate escapes ever filmed: a chase across crumbling ledges, a talon strike in mid-air, a fall into the river below... and a survival almost no one expected. In the final minutes, we break down the science behind it: how ibex hooves grip rock like suction cups, how these animals move across cliffs that stop professional climbers, and how they endure some of the harshest heat on Earth. ▶ If you enjoyed this, watch what happened when a snake found the wrong nest: https://youtu.be/3RYKJK-Xfow?si=UkCDbLml4iWjX_yM 🔔 Subscribe for a new wildlife survival story every week.
