Synopsis: Renata and Carlo are both desperate to rent the exact same, highly coveted apartment in the heart of Rome. After fiercely arguing over who gets to sign the lease, Carlo proposes a highly unconventional and amusing solution: why not get married and share the place? Renata reluctantly agrees, but she adds a bizarre condition to the deal—she must be allowed to continue her search for her true "dream man." Carlo accepts the arrangement, but secretly takes immense pleasure in hilariously sabotaging and ridiculing every single suitor she brings home. As the parade of potential lovers gets chased away by Carlo's witty interference, the line between a marriage of convenience and genuine affection begins to blur. Will true love blossom in the last five minutes? 🥂 Genre: Comedy / Romance / Classic 🎬 Director: Giuseppe Amato ✍️ Writers: Oreste Biancoli, Aldo De Benedetti 🌟 Cast: Linda Darnell, Vittorio De Sica, Peppino De Filippo ⏳ Movie Chapters: 00:00 Intro: The fierce battle for the perfect apartment in Rome 10:15 A bitter rivalry: Renata and Carlo clash over the lease 22:30 The unexpected proposal: A marriage of convenience 35:40 The golden rule: Renata's search for the "dream man" 48:10 The first suitor arrives (and Carlo begins his sabotage) 01:01:20 Hilarious interventions: Carlo ruins another romantic date 01:14:15 Jealousy and complications: Are real feelings developing? 01:25:30 A turning point: Realizing the truth about their arrangement 01:32:10 The last five minutes: A heartwarming conclusion #TheLastFiveMinutes #GliUltimiCinqueMinuti #FullMovie #VittorioDeSica #LindaDarnell #PeppinoDeFilippo #ClassicCinema #ItalianComedy #VintageMovies #RomanticComedy #1950sMovies gc
