Description

Jobs for women over 50 when money is tight, and most of these never show up on a job board. I put together 23 of them, all part time or a few hours at a time, most of them needing no experience to start, and every one of them something you can do close to home or right from your own kitchen table. I go through the work that comes out of the school and the town office, the jobs a kitchen or a sewing machine pays for, the ones that look after people, pets and houses, the seasonal work that fills up fast every fall, and the paperwork the small businesses in your town are all behind on. I say what each one really pays around here, how the women I know landed their first customer, and which ones have a rule you need to check before you take a dollar for it. It is plain, honest work, a real way to make extra money at 50 or 60 or older, and most of it you can start this month. 📚 My Complete Home System, 253 Methods and the 90-Day Plan I Teach: https://thehannahbrooks.com If this is your kind of thing, go ahead and click that subscribe button and turn on the notifications, there is plenty more on the way. DISCLAIMER: For educational purposes only. This is not financial, legal or tax advice. The rules for selling food out of a home kitchen, for watching other people's children, and for who does the hiring at your school or your clerk's office are set by your own state, county and town, so look yours up before you take money for any of it. Companion sitting and time off for a family is not medical care, so never give medicine, dress a wound or lift a person, and a family that needs any of that needs a trained home health aide instead. Leave wiring and plumbing to a licensed tradesperson. Money you earn on your own is still taxable and nobody is withholding it for you, so set some aside as you go and talk to a tax preparer if you are not sure. Check references on both sides before you go into somebody's home or let somebody into yours.
