5 Dinners I Only Make in the Air Fryer Now (For One)

My air fryer sat in its box for a year. Now I use it for five simple dinners I won’t make any other way—from salmon without splatter to crispy chicken thighs without a pan of hot oil. I’ll show you how I make: • Simple chicken breast • Salmon with less mess • A fried bologna sandwich with a “hat” • Lemon pepper shrimp • Crispy chicken thighs I started cooking for myself after my wife had cooked for 45 years, so I keep everything practical and approachable. I’ll explain why each dinner works better for me in the air fryer, where I changed the original recipes, and how I check for USDA-recommended safe temperatures while accounting for differences between air fryers. 0:00 Five air fryer dinners 1:01 Simple chicken breast 2:06 Salmon without splatter 3:34 Fried bologna sandwich 5:24 Lemon pepper shrimp 5:54 Crispy chicken thighs 7:02 Cold oven, minimal cleanup #AirFryerRecipes #DinnerForOne #EasyDinners #CookingForOne #BeginnerCooking
