70 Bullets Outside a Restaurant — The Mafia You've Never Heard Of Runs Europe | The 'Ndrangheta

On the night of August 15, 2007, six men walked out of an Italian restaurant in Duisburg, Germany, and were shot more than seventy times. The youngest had turned eighteen that day. Their killer sold pizza for a living in a small German town — and the organisation behind him is, by most accounts, the most powerful criminal network in Europe: the 'Ndrangheta. In this documentary: – The Da Bruno massacre: what happened outside that restaurant – Why the 'Ndrangheta beat Sicily's Cosa Nostra: blood ties, and silence – San Luca, 1991: how a few thrown eggs started a sixteen-year blood feud – The Getty kidnapping and the ransom money that became a cocaine empire – Christmas Day 2006: the killing that made Duisburg inevitable – The santino found in a dead boy's pocket – The manhunt across three countries, and the ghost found near Amsterdam 🌐 About Endless Night Files: We are the official English-language sister channel to the original documentary creator "Sonsuz Gece".
