A 100-Year-Old Persian Recipe Cooked Entirely on Wood Fire

Peaceful Village Morning | Slow Cooking Chicken & Carrot Rice Over Fire Welcome to a quiet morning in the village. Step away from the busy world and enjoy the peace of simple countryside life. Today, I am slow-cooking a traditional Persian sweet carrot rice with tender chicken (Havij Polo) over an open fire. No fancy kitchen, no rushing-just natural sounds, woodsmoke, and a comforting homemade meal. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this calm routine with me.
