OLD BRAKE DISCS ARE HIDDEN GOLD! SEE HOW HILLBILLIES MAKES MONEY ON THEM!

Stop paying for what grandma did for FREE. 💰 Learn how to save up to $6,000 a year in your home, the Hillbilly way. 👉 https://thehillbillyway.com/v/billy If you've ever handed over your old brake rotors at the tire shop without a second thought, this video will change how you see that rusty iron forever. Billy Ray McCoy, raised up Sassafras Holler by his Papaw Amos and Mamaw Pearl, shares the old Appalachian knowledge of how worn-out brake discs and drums can be worth far more than the scrap yard price. He walks you through exactly how to ask small shops for their discarded rotors, how to wash them safely to avoid brake dust hazards, and why sorting clean cast iron separately from mixed scrap can nearly triple your payout at the scale. Beyond selling by the pound, Billy Ray shows how a rotor becomes a dinner bell worth fifty dollars, a lamp base, a boat anchor, a self-closing gate weight, or a backyard fire basket. He also shares his Papaw's old ring test, tapping each piece with a hammer and listening, to tell a sound piece from a cracked one before it ends up in the wrong pile. Practical, honest, and rooted in generations of make-do mountain wisdom. #scrapping #diy #homesteading #frugalliving #metalrecycling #appalachia #offgrid #upcycling #repurposing #lifehacks
