A jury convicted the man responsible, and that conviction has been upheld through multiple appeals — most recently in November 2025. But Sarah's remains have never been recovered, and her family is still waiting for the one thing a guilty verdict couldn't give them. This is a cold case in the truest sense that matters most to the people who loved her: not who did it, but where she is.
