No matter how far you have wandered, your story does not have to end there. Your past may have consequences, but you can still return to God. Will God forgive me and receive me when I return to Him? Today Bible Verse in Tamil | Today Bible Verse | Today's Bible Verse | Bible Verse Today | 15.10.2026 ENGLISH VERSION: Today's Bible Verse (15.10.2026) VERSE: O Israel, thou hast destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help.(HOSEA 13:9 KJV) EXPLANATION: Blessed be the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hosea 13:9 reminds us that wrong choices can bring trouble, but help is still available from God. Hosea called Israel to return and seek His mercy. Wrong decisions can have painful consequences, but our past does not have to determine our future. We must recognize our mistakes, repent, surrender to God, and choose His ways. The Scripture says, “O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.” (Hosea 14:1) “That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.” (John 1:9) Whatever our condition, we can turn to the Lord for mercy. Jesus taught this through the parable of the prodigal son. A younger son took his inheritance, went to a far country, and wasted it in sinful living. When famine came, he became desperate and hungry. He realized his condition and decided to return to his father, saying, “I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,” (Luke 15:18) He did not blame others, but admitted his sin and returned home. While he was still far away, his father saw him, embraced him, and welcomed him with a robe, a ring, shoes, and a celebration. Jesus explained the father's joy: “For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.” (Luke 15:24) The son was received not because he had earned it, but because he returned. In the same way, when we turn to God, we can seek His mercy and forgiveness. This parable does not promise that everything we have lost will be restored immediately. It teaches us to repent, return to God, and seek His guidance. Are your past mistakes hurting you? Are you afraid to approach God because of guilt? Do not run away. Confess your faults, seek His wisdom, and choose to live in a way that pleases Him. Face the consequences with His help. The Scripture says, “Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.” (Psalm 54:4) No matter how far you have gone, return to God. Seek His mercy and begin walking in His ways. You still have help in Him. Comment: I have help. Share this message with someone who needs courage to return to God. May the Lord guide you, strengthen you, and help you walk faithfully in His ways. PRAYER: Heavenly Father, Thank You for calling me back despite my mistakes. Help me recognize my faults and return to You with true repentance. I place my past mistakes and their consequences in Your hands. Help me seek forgiveness, turn away from my faults, and walk in Your way. As the prodigal son returned to his father, I return to You. Give me wisdom and strength to face the consequences of my choices. Guide me to live according to Your will, not my own. You are my helper. Teach me to depend on You and obey Your guidance. Though I cannot change my past, help me walk faithfully with You. Hear my prayer and lead me in Your way. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. 👍 LIKE, 💬 COMMENT, 🔔 SHARE & SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL “TODAY BIBLE VERSE IN TAMIL” (TBVT) 📺 SUBSCRIBE HERE 👉 https://youtube.com/c/todaybibleverseintamil SEO KEYWORDS: Today Bible Verse in Tamil, Today Bible Verse, Today’s Bible Verse, Bible Verse Today, Daily Bible Verse, Tamil Christian Message, Word of God, Christian Devotion, repentance, forgiveness, return to God, prodigal son, God's mercy.
