Description

Friends, here's the recipe as normally written 1&1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup sugar of choice 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 egg 1/3 cup milk of choice 1/3 cup oil of choice 1 to 1&1/2 cups berries any kind you can add nuts if you like oven 400 degrees mix all the dry, then the wet, then berries. sprinkle a little sugar on top. Bake 15-18 mins. let cool, enjoy. they are great heated up with a pat of butter. I know I did a whole wheat blueberry muffins recently, but since I was already making these, I thought I'd show you how to substitute pantry items for fresh, especially in hard times, we all deserve a treat. #homemademuffins #berrymuffins #bakingfromstrach
