Description
Can Claude Sonnet 5.5, the cheaper Claude model, turn four concept images into a real, playable game?
This time every agent ran Sonnet 5.5 on Extra effort, and I wanted to see what it can really do.
Paper Plane: a papercraft flying game in Godot. Fold a paper plane, ride the air currents, fly through 12 rings over a pop-up town on an open book, and land on a pencil cross.
In this video:
• 34 paper models, every one written as a Blender script (nothing downloaded)
• a plane folded from a real crease pattern, and a town that pops up out of a book
• flying on energy: dive for speed, climb in air currents, don't stall
• a paper HUD and a map that turns with you
• the concept vs the game, side by side, and my own first flights
About a day of work (26 h). On my Max plan it used part of my weekly limit; at API list prices the same work would be about $680. Was it cheap? Tell me in the comments. And should I put Sonnet against Opus next time, same conditions?
