The 12 Sons of Jacob Song | Learn Their Names | Fun Bible Song for Kids | KidsGoBible

Jacob had twelve sons, and their families grew into the twelve tribes of Israel. This original song for ages 3-8 helps children learn all twelve names with a catchy beat they can clap along to. The sons in the song: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Zebulun, Issachar, Dan, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Joseph and Benjamin. Where to find it in the Bible: the twelve sons are listed in Genesis 35:22-26, and Jacob blesses each of them in Genesis 49. Jacob's name was later changed to Israel, which is why his family is called the people of Israel. What kids learn: the names of Jacob's twelve sons, and that God's people, Israel, grew from one family. Try this together: 1. Sing the song once, then see how many names your child can remember. Draw twelve little stars, one for each son, and name them as you go. 2. Stand in a circle with your family, one person for each name. Clap once for every name in the song, then swap places and try again. How many can you do without the music? Lyrics and storyboard by Patience, with theological review by pastor Randolph. The music and vocals are AI-generated, directed by Patience and Richsamuel. #12SonsOfJacob #BibleSongsForKids #AfrobeatGospel
