How Much Of The Conjuring Actually Happened?

How much of The Conjuring was real? The 2013 horror movie was inspired by the Perron family’s reported experiences, but how closely does it match their account? In this video, I compare the movie with interviews and historical research into the case. I look at the accusations against Bathsheba Sherman, the real Annabelle doll and what Andrea Perron says happened when Ed and Lorraine Warren became involved. Did the Warrens help the family the way the movie suggests? And how much of the story can the available evidence actually support? Movie footage is used for illustration and may differ from the real accounts discussed.
