Description

A gallon of vinegar, some salt, and a little dish soap might not look like much, but they can be pretty useful when you know where and how to use them. In this video, I’m walking through an old-fashioned method for dealing with weeds in cracks, gravel, walkways, and other places where you don’t want anything growing. There’s more to it than simply mixing a few ingredients together. I’ll explain what the vinegar, salt, and dish soap are actually doing, where this method makes sense, and where you should never use it. I’ll also get into the chemistry behind it and why that lingering “trace” of salt is what makes this method different. It’s a practical bit of old-fashioned know-how, but like anything else, it works best when you understand what you’re doing before you start. #PracticalLiving #WeedControl #Homesteading #SimpleLiving #GardeningTips #HomeTips
