BER. SERKR. BERSERKR. ⚔️ Old Norse Ritual Chant #vikingmusic #vikings #nordicfolk #music

BERSERKER'S RITUAL (Berserkja Blót) — an ancient rite in Old Norse, calling down the battle-fury of Óðinn. Night. Fire. A circle of warriors. This is not a battle song, it is the ceremony before the battle: the summoning of the berserksgangr, the sacred fury that made men fearless, and the slow surrender of that fury back to the god who lent it. The rite burns hottest at its beginning and then cools, step by step, breath by breath, until nothing remains but embers and silence. Because that is how the fury worked: it was never yours to keep. Skál — may the fury find you only when you call it. 🐺 #shorts #vikingmusic #oldnorse #berserker #norsemythology #odin #ritualmusic #nordicfolk #pagan #valhalladrums
