Description
COME THOU FOUNT OF EVERY BLESSING
“Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing” returns in an original Southern Gospel Quartet adaptation by Brother Golston, bringing together old-time gospel harmonies, traditional Christian hymns, and heartfelt country gospel music.
First written by Robert Robinson in 1758, this beloved hymn has reminded generations of Christians that every blessing comes from God and that His grace continues to pursue us even when our hearts wander.
This new adaptation carries that timeless message through the rich harmonies of a Southern Gospel quartet.
A wandering heart.
A faithful Savior.
And the grace that always leads us Home.

## ABOUT THIS HYMN
Some hymns are more than songs.
They become prayers we carry throughout our lives.
“Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing” is one of those hymns.
Written by Robert Robinson in the eighteenth century, its message speaks to something every believer understands: our hearts can wander, our faith can grow weary, and we can sometimes forget the very grace that brought us this far.
But God remains faithful.
This original Brother Golston adaptation draws inspiration from the historic hymn while introducing newly written and adapted lyrics, a reflective chorus, and traditional Southern Gospel quartet harmonies.
It is a song about remembering what God has done, trusting Him through darkness, and asking Him to hold our wandering hearts close.
Because even when we lose our way, His mercy has not lost sight of us.

## LYRICS
[Verse 1]
I'm on source of every blessing
To my heart to sing of grace
Every blessing I have tasted
Fame from somewhere deep inside
Tune my spirit gentle maker
Let my song rise clear and true
I have found a steady anchor
In the love that carries through
[Chorus]
Here I place my stone of witness
Hark and all that you have done
Every step through doubt and darkness
You were there when hope was gone
When I wandered lost and empty
Far from all that feels like home
Still your kindness kept pursuing
Till I found my way back home
[Verse 2]
And my heart can lose its focus
Drifting like a leaf in wind
Home to forget the kindness
And has held me from within
Take this wandering heart and steady
Minded to what will not fail
Keep it close and never leave it
In the shelter you have made
