20 Things Casino Surveillance Learns About Seniors in the First 30 Minutes

In this video, retired security guard Curtis Hayes, who worked years in a casino surveillance room, explains 20 things the eye in the sky learns about a player in the first 30 minutes and how to protect yourself: your faceprint the second you walk in, whether you came alone and whether you're drinking, how much cash you brought, your average bet, how fast you play, whether you chase losses, whether you're on a fixed income, the players card that files your whole history, the comps and reinvestment math, the host they assign you, and the big one, the theoretical loss they can predict before you finish your first drink. Not about telling you never to go, just how to walk in knowing you're being read. Disclaimer: This video is for general educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or professional advice.
