automatic fire extinguisher project without Arduino - with just fire flame sensor and relay model for science exhibition to get the inspire award - diy - diypandit #AutomaticFireExtinguisher #AutomaticFireFighting #FireExtinguisherProject #FireFightingProject #FireFightingSystem #FireSafetyProject #FireDetectionProject #WithoutArduino #NoArduinoProject #DIYFireFighting #DIYElectronics #DIYScienceProject #ScienceProject #ScienceExhibition #ScienceWorkingModel #WorkingModel #ElectronicsProject #FireSafetyModel #AutomaticFireFightingSystem #InnovativeScienceProject #CreativeScienceProject #STEMProject #SchoolProject #StudentProject #ExhibitionProject #SafetyInnovation #FireDetectionSystem #DIYPandit #DIYPanditProjects This project is an Automatic Fire Extinguisher designed to detect and control small fires automatically. It works without using an Arduino, making the circuit simple and low-cost. A flame sensor detects the presence of fire or flame. When the flame is detected, the sensor sends a signal to the 5V relay module. The relay acts as an automatic electrical switch. The relay turns ON the 5V DC water pump when fire is detected. The pump draws water from the water container through the pipe. Water is delivered to the spray nozzle positioned above the demonstration area. Multiple small outlets spread the water over a wider area to help control the flame. When the flame disappears, the sensor changes its output and the relay switches the pump OFF. The system therefore provides automatic fire detection and water spraying with very few components. It is a useful school science exhibition model for demonstrating basic automation, sensors, relays, and safety concepts. The project can be further improved with a larger tank, stronger pump, wider spray coverage, and additional safety features. Important: This is a demonstration model for small controlled flames, not a replacement for a real fire-extinguishing system. 5 Viva Questions with Answers 1. What is the main aim of this project? Answer: The main aim is to detect a flame automatically and activate a water pump or spraying mechanism to demonstrate automatic fire response. 2. Which sensor is used to detect fire in this project? Answer: A flame sensor is used to detect the infrared radiation emitted by a flame and send a signal to the control circuit. 3. How does the project work without Arduino? Answer: A sensor module and an electronic control circuit detect the flame and switch on the pump through a suitable driver or relay circuit, without using an Arduino board. 4. What is the function of the water pump? Answer: The water pump draws water from a container and pushes it through a tube or nozzle to spray water when the circuit activates it. 5. What are the advantages of this project? Answer: It demonstrates automatic flame detection, reduces the need for manual activation, and helps students understand sensors and electronic control circuits.
