Welcome to Village Flavour 🌿 In this peaceful episode of Iranian village life, we share a special day in the countryside of Gilan, northern Iran. A newborn calf arrives on the farm, and we spend time caring for and bottle-feeding the little calf before continuing with our everyday rural chores. Later, we return home and prepare a traditional homemade eggplant dish, using fresh ingredients and simple cooking methods passed down through village life.
