I Turned a Tiny Stone Hut Into a Cozy Shelter

While hiking along the bank of a wild river, I came across a strange little stone shelter hidden deep in the forest. Measuring only about 7 × 7 feet (2 × 2 meters), it had no windows or door, yet the roof was still standing after many years. I couldn't stop thinking about this forgotten place. Its location was simply incredible—surrounded by forest, the sound of the river, and complete solitude. I decided to turn it into a simple wilderness shelter. I cleaned out years of dirt and debris, built a bed from logs, made a wooden table, and prepared everything I needed for a peaceful night alone. As evening settled over the forest, I lit the stove, cooked a simple meal, and enjoyed the silence of this tiny stone cabin hidden far from civilization. Sometimes, even the smallest shelter can feel like home. Thank you for watching.
