Levi's, Wrangler and Lee have each been making jeans for over a hundred years, and they've been making three different garments the whole time. One was cut for men on their feet, one for men on a horse, and one for men bending and climbing. I put the classic straight model from each through eight tests: sitting, the fly, the twist, the knees, the hem, the first wear, the look, and the year. I scored every round.
