FINALLY Got Them! Are These Holy Grails of Friday the 13th DVDs?

Today, we’re taking a trip back to the golden age of DVD collecting with some Friday the 13th Deluxe Edition DVDs that I’ve finally added to my collection! Back in 2009, Paramount released these special editions of the Friday the 13th franchise, featuring upgraded presentations, bonus features, and some seriously cool packaging. For horror fans who grew up hunting for DVDs in stores, these releases bring back some serious nostalgia! We’re talking about those iconic lenticular slipcovers, the history behind the Deluxe Editions, what made these releases different from the earlier DVDs, and why they’re such cool pieces of Friday the 13th collecting history. Sometimes it’s not just about owning the movie. It’s about the packaging, the memories, and finally tracking down those editions you’ve wanted for your collection! LET’S TALK HORROR COLLECTING! Did you own any of these Friday the 13th Deluxe Edition DVDs back in the day? Are these nostalgic DVD holy grails for you, too? And which Friday the 13th DVD release or box set is your favorite? Drop your thoughts in the comments! I want to hear from fellow horror fans and physical media collectors.
