Description

In 1947, a young Navy radarman recorded a mysterious object moving alongside Operation Highjump in the Southern Ocean. He kept his radar tracing hidden inside his Bible for 51 years, refusing to explain what he had witnessed. Other veterans later described strange movements and a disturbing feeling that the Antarctic fleet was being “counted.” Missing naval records, unexplained radar logs, and conflicting accounts add another layer to the mystery. What exactly was measured in the Antarctic darkness—and why did no one ever reveal what the fleet had encountered?
