Steph’s Stove — Making Memories…One Dish At A Time. 🍽️ Butter Pecan Banana Bread 1 box Butter Pecan Cake Mix 3 ripe bananas (the ripper the better) 2 large eggs - room temperature ½ cup chopped pecans Pre-heat your oven to 350° Add cake mix, bananas, and eggs into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on low speed for 1-minute and then on high speed for 1-minute. (Be sure both times are a full minute for best results.) After the batter is fully combined, fold in pecans using a spatula until pecans are well incorporated into the batter. Grease and flour a Bundt pan (or use Cake Goop - Cake Goop Link - https://youtu.be/zq5FMIvJ6sM) being sure to coat the sides, center, and all crevices well. Distribute batter evenly into the pan (smooth out the top) and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once cooking has completed, transfer to a wire rack to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. After the bread has cooled for 10-15 minutes you should see the edges of the bread beginning to release from the sides of the pan. Remove the bread from the pan by placing another cooling rack (or plate) on the top of the pan and gently inverting to release the bread. Allow the bread to cool before slicing for clean even slices.
